Support Stream is here to help!

Support stream is a community based wellness support service operating in the Auckland region. Our qualified, trained Wellness Coaches can help you learn skills that will enable you to manage your mental health and wellbeing. With our motivation and encouragement you will map and activate your life goals and develop positive social networks and relationships.

Support Stream is unique because we work alongside you; we work with you in your home or a setting in the community where you feel comfortable. You decide what kind of support you want and need and for how long.

Support Stream takes a holistic approach to wellbeing. Our Wellness Coaches will work with you to make positive changes in all areas of your life including household management, employment, diet and exercise through to developing wellness tools and mindfulness techniques.

Support Stream’s Wellness Coaches can work with the whole family, as well as supporting your family member we can also provide you with some time out to rest and regroup. Our coaches are able to give you some advice and information on how to best support your family member.
