For the past two years Kirstin has been working with individuals as a Wellness Coach. Kirstin’s approach is client-centred and strengths-based, and she includes mindfulness and practical strategies for increased self-awareness and improved thought patterns. Kirstin works with people from a supportive, non-judgmental stance and believes in people’s strengths and abilities to move from hard times towards a better, brighter future.
